The Denver Nuggets Community Ambassadors are past NBA players, coaches, and referees who make special appearances in classrooms and at a variety of community events and organizations across the seven-county Denver metro area.
From kindergarten to high school, the Community Ambassadors reach out to students by encouraging them to embrace learning, respect others, value good sportsmanship, and practice to achieve excellence.
The Community Ambassadors are available for basketball clinics, school assemblies, and community events. This is a free service courtesy of the Denver Nuggets.
The Nuggets current Community Ambassadors include Mark Randall, Walter Davis, Calvin Natt, Ervin Johnson and Irv Brown. Randall, Davis, Natt and Johnson are all former Nuggets players. The official website for the National Basketball Retired Players Association (www.legendsofbasketball.com) recently sat down with Mark Randall to discuss his life since retiring from basketball. Click here to read what he had to say.
For more information or to schedule a Community Ambassador at an upcoming event, contact Mark Randall at 303.405.1327 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
