NEW YORK, Nov. 15 – The Cleveland Cavaliers’ LeBron James and the Seattle SuperSonics’ Ray Allen were today named the Eastern Conference and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Monday, November 8 through Sunday, November 14.

James led the Cavaliers to a perfect 3-0 week, averaging 29 points (2nd in the NBA) on .508 shooting, 9.7 rebounds, 4.7 assists, a league-high 3.33 steals and 2.3 blocks in wins over Atlanta, Phoenix and Washington. James posted double-doubles while at Atlanta and versus Phoenix. He scored 17 of his season-high 38 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Cavaliers back from a 19-point deficit to defeat Phoenix in overtime.

Allen led the SuperSonics to a 4-0 week, averaging 28.3 points (3rd in the NBA) on .535 shooting (.560 from 3-point range), 5.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists in wins over Denver, Sacramento, Toronto and Memphis. Currently ranked fifth in scoring (26.0 ppg) and fourth in three-point field goal percentage (.600), Allen scored a season-high 34 points in a dramatic come-from-behind 118-113 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies after trailing by 21 points in the third quarter.

Nov. 9 at Atlanta: Recorded 25 points, a season-high 10 rebounds, four assists, two blocks and a season-high four steals in a win over the Hawks.
Nov. 10 vs. Phoenix: Had a season-high 38 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, two blocks and three steals in an overtime win over the Suns 114-109.
Nov. 13 vs. Washington: Had 24 points, nine rebounds, four assists, two blocks and three steals with a 105-74 win over the Wizards.

Nov. 9 at Denver: Tallied 30 points, seven rebounds, three assists and one steal in a 108-88 victory over the Nuggets.
Nov. 10 vs. Sacramento: Recorded 20 points, five rebounds, five assists and two blocks in a win over the Kings 109-78.
Nov. 12 vs. Toronto: Recorded 29 points, four rebounds, seven assists and two blocks defeating the Raptors 88-87.
Nov. 14 vs. Memphis: Had a season-high 34 points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals, leading the Sonics over the Grizzlies 118-113.
