Suns Stumble Despite Fired-Up Crowd
In the ARIZONA REPUBLIC, John Faherty writes “Riding emotion and a raucous crowd, the Phoenix Suns played hard, but awkwardly, for the entire game against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night. The sold-out crowd at US Airways Arena brought the emotion of a team scorned: A day earlier, the NBA had suspended stars Amaré Stoudemire and Boris Diaw for one game. To fans, it was an outrage.”
