Where to park at the Continental Airlines Arena
Construction has begun on the Meadowlands Xanadu development on the property surrounding Continental Airlines Arena. As a result, there will be modified traffic patterns and parking alterations on the Arena side of the Meadowlands Sports Complex.

Game Day
On Nets game days, doors open at the Continental Airlines Arena (1) one hour before game time.

Will Call
Please be sure to display the proper identification if you are picking up tickets left at the Will Call/Reservations window. Tickets will not be released to you unless the name on the ID matches the name on the envelope. In the event that your tickets are not at the window, please be prepared to give the representative the name of the person who was leaving you the tickets.

Winners Club Reservations
Reservations for Winners Club members can be made by calling 201-933-8867. Reservations can be made up until game time, however, for sold out games, reservations should be made well in advance. Attire for the Winners Club is casual.

Does my child need a ticket?
It is the Continental Airlines Arena policy that all children 12 months or older require a ticket to enter the building.

Lost or stolen tickets
Your season tickets are valuable and should be protected. However, should you lose your tickets to a game, contact the Nets ticket services department.

Additional tickets
Nets season or mini plan ticket holders can purchase additional tickets through the Nets ticket Services Department. Additional tickets are based on availability.

Exchange games
All full and half season ticket holders have access to Nets exchange games. For more information on the Nets exchange game policies and procedures contact ticket services.

Parking for disabled guests
If your vehicle has the proper disabled identification, you will be able to park in lots #21 and #23 directly adjacent to the building.

Pre-paid season parking passes
For those who have purchased a pre-paid parking pass, we recommend that you arrive early to get a better parking space, especially for sold out games. To avoid being directed into the Giants Stadium lot, please follow these very important parking tips:

  • Always keep your parking pass where it will be visible to the parking attendants.
  • When driving on perimeter roads near the Arena, always stay on the side of the road nearest to the Arena.

    Parking passes are not refundable or exchangeable.

    For those who park in the Giants Stadium lot, free shuttle service is provided to the Arena before and after most games. These buses depart every few minutes.

    Moving?
    If your address changes, please let us know in writing. We can only accept an address change that is signed by the ticket owner of record. This letter can be sent directly to the ticket services department at the New Jersey Nets office. Also, since we ship our tickets using overnight shipping services, we need your street address and not a post office box.
