General Parking Info

• TRAFFIC PATTERN – Some traffic patterns mayhave changed due to construction. Please click here for a map that shows game night traffic patterns.
• STAFFING AND SIGNS - Additional parking staff and signage at the arena will ensure the parking process runs smoothly for your arrival to and departure from each game.
• ARRIVAL - Please arrive at the game a few minutes earlier than usual. This will allow you to efficiently find the best route to and from your designated parking area. Parking lots generally open 2-4 hours prior to the game.
• DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP – Taxicabs, limousines and any other drop-offs and pick-ups can be made at Lot 21. Any vehicle wishing to remain on the Complex after making a drop-off must pay the parking fee, and park in a parking lot.
• GUESTS w/ DISABILITIES - Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lots 21 and parking Deck 23.
• BUS PARKING -Bus parking, including charter buses, will be accommodated in Lot 29.
• ILLEGAL PARKING - Illegal parking outside the Sports Complex on area roadways, medians, grass malls and vehicle breakdown lanes should not be attempted. Violators will be ticketed by local police and/or towed at owner's expense.
• PORT-O-SANS are located throughout the parking lots. Port-o-sans for guests with disabilities are available in Lots 21 and 22/26.

VIP Parking with Dewar’s12 Winners Club

• Dewar’s12 Winners Club & VIP Parking Pass Holders will continue to have reserved parking in Lot 21. (This is the same lot in which you parked last season.)
• Spaces in Lot 21 will no longer be numbered. The numbers are being removed to accommodate potential changes we anticipate being made to the lot during the season. For a detailed map of the parking lots, please click here.
• Despite the removal of space numbers, this lot will continue to be exclusive to you and others with VIP Parking and Dewar’s12 Winners Club membership. You will be guaranteed space no matter what time you or your guests arrive for the game.
• Enter Lot 21 from Plaza M, located between gates B & C. Signs will clearly mark the way there.

VIP Parking Passes

• Since the lot you utilized last year will be undergoing changes during the season, we have assigned you to a new VIP Parking Lot. Your new location is Lot 22/26 and is equally as close to the arena as your old one. For a detailed map of Lot 22/26 please click here.
• Spaces will not be numbered as they have been in the past. However, this lot will be exclusive to you and other VIP Parking Pass holders. You will be guaranteed a space no matter what time you or your guests arrive for the game. You can enter Lot 22/26 from Plaza O, located between gates A & B. Signs will clearly mark the way there.

Reserved Parking
Standard Season Ticket Holders with the Reserved Parking Pass will continue to have reserved parking in Parking Deck 23, adjacent to the box office entrance. As always, you will be guaranteed space in the deck no matter what time you or your guests arrive for the game.

• Drop off and pick up from “black car” and parents dropping off & picking children up will take place in Lot 21 which can be accessed from Plaza M.

COST OF PARKING: Full Season Parking: $440.00 per pass *
Half Season Parking: $210.00 per pass
Day of game: $12.00 per car

* You save $2 per game with your pass
