Renewal Enhancements
FAB Opinion on the 2009-2010 renewal packages:
- Price reductions were viewed as the best incentive
- 10% for early renewal was a great incentive
- 10 month payment plan was very convenient but wasn’t the deciding factor to renew
Suggested Ideas for next season:
- Tiered incentive system
- Base gifts on tenure and seat location
- Alter incentives for corporate accounts
- Bring free parking back into the mix
- Food vouchers for concession stands
- Get STHs involved in game activities on court
- Stick with the roll back pricing
- Add more value to the VIP All Access Card (% off concessions)
- MGM/CURE Club passes
Renewal Packages
**FAB groups reviewed both the Nets information as well as renewal information from other teams for this exercise**
Comments on the 2009-2010 renewal folder/STH renewal information:
- Majority liked the simple layout and scaled back amount of information on the Nets renewal packaging
- The biggest criticism was the visual appeal of the folder
- Suggested we continue with the “less is more” approach
Online Renewal/Email Communication:
- Overwhelming majority prefer to handle their renewal by calling their VIP Manager
- Several members felt the online renewal was difficult and not user friendly if they were looking to relocate their seats or get information on upgrade pricing
- Everyone was comfortable with the emails that are sent and most thought they were helpful in the renewal process
Ticket Packaging
- Liked last year’s separate ticket booklets better
- Removing tickets for future games was easier
- Overall thought that the information was clear and concise
- Wanted to bring back the plastic VIP All Access cards
- Don’t like the paper because they’re not durable
