BROOKLYN—Joe Johnson scored 26 points, including five 3-pointers, C.J Watson added 25 points and five 3s, and the Brooklyn Nets came away with a 119-108 victory over the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night.

All-Star center Brook Lopez had 23 points and eight rebounds and Kris Humphries chipped in 14 points for Brooklyn.

The 119 points were a season high for the Nets. They also tied a season-high with 16 3-pointers.

Joe Johnson dished out a season-high 9 assists while alos leading the team in scoring for the 15th time this season....C.J. Watson's 5 three-pointers also represented a career-high...Tyshawn Taylor hit two threes, adding three rebounds and four assists.

The Nets set a season-high with 119 points, and also posted a season-high 39 points in the second quarter...Brooklyn tied a season-high with 16 threes, setting a season mark for 3P% with .593 (min. 10 attempts).

"When you have one of your key guys out, I think it motivates guys to really step up and play a little harder. Guys that really hadn’t been playing as much tend to come in and play big minutes and be successful.

That’s pretty much what it’s been: C.J. has been playing great. Tyshawn has been playing great. Those guys have really picked up the slack."
