BOSTON—Mirza Teletovic made a foul shot with 4.1 seconds left and the Brooklyn Nets reserves rallied from a 12-point deficit to beat the Boston Celtics 97-96 in a preseason game Tuesday night.
Brooklyn's Stephen Dennis drew a foul with 5 seconds left to play and the game tied at 96-all, but he missed both free throws. Teletovic was there for the offensive rebound and was fouled by Rob Kurz. Teletovic made the first foul shot, then missed the second and Boston called a timeout with 3.6 seconds left.
Boston got two more shots off, but missed both.
Andray Blatche led Brooklyn with 23 points and nine rebounds and Reggie Evans pulled down 10 boards.

All five Brooklyn Nets starters were deemed out (rest/recovery) by Coach Avery Johnson, who wanted to not only ensure they were ready to go for the home back-to-back Thursday and Friday, but also get a look at some of the reserve combinations and players he had yet to see in game action...F Mirza Teletovic, who scored 18 points in 25 minutes, played center in several small lineups, including the end of the game...Rookie G Tyshawn Taylor, debuting after a right quad strain kept him out of the first two preseason games, posted 6 points and 5 assists (1 turnover) in 17 minutes...F Toko Shengelia, who put the Nets ahead in the final minute with a thunderous and-one dunk, posted 11 points (5-9 FGs), 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and a block in 26 minutes.
