LAWRENCE FRANK, Head Coach
On the Orlando Summer League... “I would like to compliment the players and the staff. I thought these guys did a great job. I just think that it was an overall positive experience.”
On the Nets three draft picks performances at summer league... “I think all three had great weeks. It is nice to see the trust they have in the team. Not just playing with the three of them, but the entire team. Brook (Lopez) obviously got better throughout the week. He was very consistent. I think that Chris (Douglas-Roberts) played very, very well. Ryan (Anderson) not only hit perimeter shots, but he also put the ball on the floor.”
BROOK LOPEZ, Center
On summer league... “I thought I learned a lot. It really has been a learning experience for me. Offensively just taking my time, slowing down, and letting the plays come to me. Defensively the whole week, like I’ve said, just getting used to the tempo of the game.”
RYAN ANDERSON, Forward
On summer league... “It was fun. It was definitely a learning process. It was something that was necessary to get a feel for what the competition is going to be like. Obviously at the next level in the NBA, when we get to the regular season, the games are going to get tougher, but this is a great start. I think that we played great as a team, and I’m happy with the way I played individually.”
CHRIS DOUGLAS-ROBERTS, Forward
On summer league... “As a team we probably had one of the best records in the whole summer league, so I find it was very productive. Overall I think that I got better as a competitor.”

• Nets defeat Pacers 107 - 99
• After Friday's performance, it's probably a given that Nets center Brook Lopez will find himself on the Orlando Pro Summer League First Team.
• Teammate Ryan Anderson, who chipped in 20 points, joined in on the dunk party later in the third. Cutting middle, Anderson caught a pass from guard Brian Hamilton and flushed it down two-handed, drawing a foul and quite a reaction from the spectators. The ensuing free throw tied the game at 70.
• Thanks to spectacular shooting, the Pacers kept things close throughout the quarter, and only trailed by one heading into the final frame, 75-76.
• The Nets had five players score in double figures while guard Stephen Graham led Indiana with 16 points.
