NETS Players & National Grid to Unveil Refurbished Basketball Court in Brooklyn –Ceremony and Basketball Clinic on Tuesday, November 10 at 3:30 P.M.– November 6, 2009 |

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—NETS players Josh Boone and Sean Williams, along with NETS mascot Sly and National Grid representatives, will join with 75 students of P.S. 375 Jackie Robinson School and M.S. 352 Ebbets Field School to unveil a newly refurbished outdoor basketball court shared by both schools at 46 McKeever Place in Brooklyn TOMORROW, Tuesday, November 10 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Presented by the NETS and National Grid, the refurbished court includes: repainted court with regulation basketball game lines, repaired court, repainted backboards and rims, new nets on the rims, and National Grid and NETS logo placement on each backboard. In addition, the NETS and National Grid will plant a tree in the courtyard, symbolic of National Grid’s commitment to the community and environmental initiatives. The event will include a ribbon cutting ceremony, an inaugural first shot, and a basketball clinic. Each student will receive a National Grid t-shirt and a NETS hat.
