Harris to Participate in Indoor Rock Climbing Session with Kids
Fourth event of Passport to Fitness Program for Big Brothers Big Sisters

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J.—NETS Basketball star Devin Harris will participate in an indoor rock climbing session with 30 kids from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Morris, Bergen, and Passaic counties at The Gravity Vault at 107 Pleasant Avenue at Route 17 North in Upper Saddle River, NJ on Monday, February 7 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The event will mark the fourth “Passport to Fitness” event of the 2010-11 NBA season. So far, Harris has participated in a fitness clinic, an ice skating lesson, and a karate lesson. “Passport to Fitness” is the NETS’ program that encourages youngsters to participate in fun fitness and nutrition activities. This marks Harris’ third year leading the program.
Through April, these 30 youngsters in the program, ranging in age from 10 to 17, will continue to participate in different activities, such as horseback riding, as they learn various approaches on how to stay fit and healthy.
Participants in the program will receive a passport that will be stamped after each activity.
