Meet the Team Party Event Ideas:

Hold the event over 2 or more dates to accommodate all ticket holders and increase the time players have to interact with attendees
Offer photo ops with the players instead of an autograph line
Distribute a previously autographed item instead
Set-up skills contests for the players to compete with one another i.e. dunk contest, knock-out, obstacle course
Randomly select members of the audience to participate
Dinner Dance Event inviting all players and their families
This will give ticket holders the chance mingle with the players in a social setting

Season Ticket Holder Events Ideas:

Fashion Show
Players, Nets Dancers, Team Hype, Kids Dancers, and Netsational Seniors would model outfits from apparel sponsors
Museum of Natural History/MOMA trip
Tour of the practice facility by a player
Broadway Play
Brooklyn Cyclones or Newark Bears event
Medieval Times
Six Flags trip with fast-pass treatment for season ticket holders
Mountain Creek (water park or skiing)
Golf outing
Trip to MSG for Knicks vs. Nets
High School Basketball Tournament

STH of the Game Review (members were asked to discuss the recent Season Ticket Holder of the Game presentations)

Members appreciated that the program honors long tenured STHs
Some felt that the recognition has gotten too brief
Suggested pre-taping a short introduction of the honoree and showing it during the in-game presentation
Incorporate the honoree in pre-game by having he/she deliver the game ball
Gift an item that is exclusive to Season Ticket Holder of the Game recipients
Varsity jacket
Jersey
Recognize STH of the Game honorees in the game program
