JM Caparro is the Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service for the Brooklyn Nets. He re-joined the Nets in November 2007 as the Director of Ticket Sales, and in July 2012, was promoted to his current position. Caparro, 35, oversees all ticket sales and service functionalities for the Brooklyn Nets. He leads the pricing and product development of Brooklyn Nets ticket initiatives, including premium seating, season tickets, partial plans, and group tickets.

Prior to returning to the Nets, Caparro was a member of the Team Marketing & Business Operations group with the NBA League Office, sharing sales and marketing best practices across the NBA, WNBA and D-League. He was also a key leader in the ticket sales efforts for USA Basketball, the Atlanta Dream’s inaugural season, and the relocation of the New Orleans Hornets to Oklahoma City post-Hurricane Katrina.

Caparro began his career in Inside Sales with the New Jersey Nets in 2000.

A native of Upper Saddle River, NJ, Caparro graduated from Lehigh University where he was a member of the varsity football team. He currently resides in Ridgewood, NJ, with his wife, Karen, and four children, Joseph, Caroline, Sophia and Isabel.
