WITH 26-56 RECORD IN INJURY PLAGUED SEASON WHICH SAW THEM LOSE 345 GAMES TO INJURY.

FINAL RECORD: 26-56 (.317)
The answer: Keith Van Horn, Kerry Kittles, Jamie Feick, Lucious Harris. The question: which four Nets' players did not start the 2000-01 season for Head Coach Byron Scott. And that singular item, the team's medical condition, proved to be the team's undoing in the recently completed campaign. The Nets 345 games lost to injury was second only to the Golden State Warriors (415). Stephon Marbury led the Nets in scoring at 23.9 points per game and assists at 7.6 per game, but was traded after the season to Phoenix in a five player deal that brought the Nets All-NBA point guard Jason Kidd.
