1st Season

Liz is excited to join Power ‘N Motion. She is originally from Connecticut and has received her degree in Dance from Purchase Conservatory of Dance. She was also founder and director of the Purchase Panther Dance Team.

Liz is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor and loves training one on one with her clients. When time permits, you can find her taking dance classes in NYC.
