CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER, SUITE & TICKET SALES
BROOKLYN NETS AND BARCLAYS CENTER
Brian Basloe, 33, is the Chief Strategy Officer of Suite and Ticket Sales for Barclays Center and the Brooklyn Nets. Basloe oversees all ticketing for the Nets, including the All Access Pass program, season tickets, group sales, inside sales and the VIP Services department. In addition to his Nets responsibilities, Basloe oversees all Barclays Center hospitality products, including The Vault, Barclays Center suites, and Loge boxes. He will assume the same responsibilities for the New York Islanders as the team prepares for its highly anticipated move to Brooklyn beginning with the 2015-16 season.
Basloe joined the Nets in April 2005 as the Director of Ticket Sales. During his tenure, he has served in the roles of Senior Director of Ticket Sales, Vice President of Ticket Sales, Senior Vice President of Ticket Sales and in July 2014, was promoted to his current position.
Prior to joining the Nets, Basloe spent two years with the Cleveland Cavaliers. In his first five seasons with the Nets, he generated the team's highest ticket revenue and managed several key ticket initiatives such as Influencers, Pancakes & Hoops, and Home Away From Home.
A native of New Hartford, NY, Basloe graduated from Duke University with degrees in Economics and Public Policy. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Lindsay.
