Official Contest Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. This promotion ("Promotion") is open to individuals 13 years of age or older as of 4/9/05, and who are legal residents of and currently reside within TX, OK, and NM except employees of NBDL Enterprises, LLC ("NBDLE") and Southwest Basketball, LLC ("Sponsor"), and each of their respective parents, companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and any persons domiciled with such persons thereof. If winner is under the age of eighteen (18), the prize will be awarded to the minor's parent/guardian. Only one (1) prize per household within 30 days of winning any prize in a contest conducted by Sponsor.

3. Entry. All entries must be received by Friday, April 15, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. (ET), and become sole property of Sponsor (including all any and information contained therein), and will not be returned to entrants. Enter by mailing in all of the required information to NBDL Austin, PO Box 6339, Austin, TX 78762. One entry per person. "NBDL," "National Basketball Development League," and the NBDL Logo are registered trademarks of NBDLE, and the copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or other intellectual property without the express written consent of NBDLE is strictly prohibited. Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all e-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an e-mail account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an e-mail account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole, reasonable discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest.

4. Prizes and Odds. One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) season ticket packages. Approximate retail value of prize is valued up to $1,000. One winner will be chosen at random by Sponsor from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Contestants are encouraged to include with their entries a suggested name for Sponsor basketball team. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine actual team name, which may or may not be selected from among suggestions submitted by entrants. Should Sponsor select team name from among suggestions submitted by an entrant, Sponsor will contact that entrant by telephone and/or e-mail and may require the entrant to complete additional paperwork regarding the suggested team name, as required by the Sponsor.

5. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winner will be notified via e-mail or telephone. Winner may waive his/her right to receive the prize. In the event Winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize, Sponsor will select a runner up from all submitted entries at random to receive the prize. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prize and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prize. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of postmark of affaidavit/release package mailed by Sponsor. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in Winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. If a winner cannot be contacted from the information provided on the Internet registration form within 7 days, Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner at its sole discretion.

6. Participation. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, and hold harmless and indemnify NBDLE, and Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation in the Contest; (ii) the receipt or use of the Contest prize awarded; or (iii) Sponsor's or NBDLE's use of any suggested team name(s). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, unauthorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
