Chef Talde: Korean BBQ Pork Loin Crispy Apple Salad

Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds boneless pork loin (sliced thin)
6 oz. soy sauce
2 oz. honey
3 oz. apple juice
1clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons sesame oil


Method: Mix all soy, honey, apple juice, garlic, sesame. Slice pork loin and marinate in all ingredients for 4-6 hours.
