Chef Talde: Sesame Skirt Steak Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

1 ½ lbs. skirt steak
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 TBS sesame seed
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 head Bibb lettuce


Method

Marinade steaks in sesame oil, soy, sesame seed and rice vinegar for 8 hours.

ON a hot grill sear steak to desired done-ness.

Rest and slice and serve in bibb lettuce leave like a taco.

Garnish with scallions and slice jalapeño.
