The NBA FIT / WNBA FIT Dribble, Dish & Swish, Presented by Pepperidge Farm® Flavor Blasted® Goldfish® crackers provides boys and girls, between the ages of 7-12, the opportunity to showcase their basketball skills in a time-based national competition against their peers.
Boys and girls in three separate age divisions (7-8, 9-10, and 11-12) compete against each other in a basketball skills course which challenges participants to dribble, pass and shoot accurately as quickly as possible.
The top two boy and girl competitors in each age division will advance to the National Finals in Orlando, Florida for a head-to-head competition. The Dribble, Dish and Swish program is free - both to organizers who host a local competition and to every youngster who wants to participate.

Three (3) levels of competition include
Local: August 1 - November 20, 2011
- All youngsters MUST compete in a Local Competition in order to advance to the Regional Competitions.
- As determined through the Local Competitions the top three (3) boy and girls times per age division in each market will advance to the Regional Competitions*
Regional : December 3, 2011 - January 29th, 2012
- Regional Competition Champions will have their times ranked nationally and the top two (2) times in each age and gender group will advance to the National Finals**
Finals: February 2012 in Orlando, Florida
- The National Finals will take place in Orlando, Florida
