Cherry-Almond Bran Jingle Balls

Ingredients: 1 cup cacao powder
cup almonds
cup macadamia nuts
cup candied ginger
cup honey or agave nectar
cup pure maple syrup
Water (to mix)
Shredded coconut

Directions: Mix almonds, candied ginger and macadamia nuts in a food processor to a powder, adding water to mix.
Add honey and maple syrup to nuts and process then mix with cacao powder.
Mold into small bite-sized balls and gently roll in shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight for best results.
