1. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Jump-start your morning with a healthy choice.

2. Eat fresh fruits & vegetables everyday.
Take a weekly trip to the Farmer’s Market & buy produce that’s in season.

3. Choose lean chicken, fish & turkey.
Cut back on beef & pork, they’re higher in fat & take longer to digest.

4. Get some form of daily exercise.
Walk for 20 minutes a day, walk like you’re late for an important date!

5. Drink plenty of water.
Replace sugary juices & sodas with water.

6. Control your portion size.
Each portion of food on your plate should be the size of a deck of cards.

7. Time-out for mealtime.
Eating in front of a TV or computer screen is distracting, which can lead to over-eating.
