Chef Chavez: Ceviche Verde


6 oz. Ceviche
1 oz. Salsa Verde
2 TBS. Avocado (Diced 1/2")
1/6 cup Shaved Radishes
1/8 tsp. Chili Powder over the top as garnish


1. Mix together ceviche and salsa in a small bowl and transfer to a serving dish.

2. Place avocado over the top.

3. Garnish the top with shaved radishes and chili powder.

4. Serve immediately.
