Chef Chavez: Tostada de Salpicon


1 Fried Tostada Shell
3 oz. Beef Salpicon
1/2 TBS. Red Onion (Finely Diced 1/8")
2 TBS. Avocado (Diced 1/2")
1/6 cup Shaved Radishes
1/8 tsp. Chili Powder over the top as garnish


1. Layer ingredients in order over the top of the tostada shell.

2. Garnish the top with shaved radishes and chili powder.

3. Serve immediately.
