1. What do you do during the off season to stay in shape and improve your game? I love to run whether it's outside or on the treadmill! For me the best way to maintain my conditioning level is to have different programs that allow me to sprint! I love to sprint and it makes me feel still connected to the game! I also have a personal trainer that helps me with on-court basketball skills.

2. How do you motivate yourself to work out and what do you do to keep your workouts from getting boring? I motivate myself because I'm determined to be the best in the game! I love to compete at a high level and the only way that can happen is if I put the time in! To keep my mind busy I just make sure I shake up my workouts and not do the same things every day!

3. What type of exercises do you do to help build your endurance? I have different sprint workouts on the treadmill and outside to help keep my endurance up! As well as speed work.

EAT HEALTHY

1. What do you eat for breakfast to get you going for the day? I'm not a big breakfast person but I know the importance of breakfast so my choice is either egg white omelets or oatmeal!

2. What is your favorite pre-game meal? How do you recharge after a tough workout? I love to load up on pasta before my game! So any type is the best for me! After a workout it's tough for me to eat so I go light as possible, usually a smoothie drink or soup and salad!

PLAY TOGETHER

1. What types of activities did you use to do with your family to stay healthy when you were a kid? As a kid you had so much energy so what I remember is playing basketball all day nonstop with my family!

2. When you were growing up, what were some of your favorite activities that you did with your friends? Playing basketball in the summer time when there was no school! I would start early In the morning until the street lights came on (my cue to get home).
