Amie's Coconut Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:
• 1 cup cacao powder
• ½ cup almonds
• ½ cup macadamia nuts
• ¼ cup candied ginger
• ¼ cup honey or agave nectar
• ¼ cup pure maple syrup
• Water (to mix)
• Shredded coconut

Directions:
• Mix almonds, candied ginger and macadamia nuts in a food processor to a powder, adding water to mix.
• Add honey and maple syrup to nuts and process then mix with cacao powder.
• Mold into small bite-sized balls and gently roll in shredded coconut.
• Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight for best results.
