Amie's Coconut Chocolate Truffles

1 cup cacao powder
cup almonds
cup macadamia nuts
cup candied ginger
cup honey or agave nectar
cup pure maple syrup
Water (to mix)
Shredded coconut

Mix almonds, candied ginger and macadamia nuts in a food processor to a powder, adding water to mix.
Add honey and maple syrup to nuts and process then mix with cacao powder.
Mold into small bite-sized balls and gently roll in shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight for best results.
