75 mile radius of Dallas-Fort Worth, 18 years of age or older, except
employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children)
of Planet Tan, Dallas Mavericks, the National Basketball Association and its
Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents. (3) To
enter text "MAVS" and ZIP CODE to "77513" between November 10 and December
5, 2008 or send a post card with age, name, address, phone number and email
address to: Dallas Mavericks, attn: Planet Tan Jersey Giveaway, 2909 Taylor
St., Dallas, TX 75226. All entries must be received by December 10, 2008
and a total of two (2) winners will be drawn and contacted on or around
December 12, 2008. If the winning entry cannot be reached or is unable to
claim the prize, an alternate entry will be drawn. (4) Prizes: Each winner
will receive one (1) authentic Mavericks jersey autographed by a TBD player
($300 value). (5) Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal,
state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the prizes, unless
otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize
permitted except at the team's option for a prize of comparable or lesser
