2009 DR PEPPER HONORARY BALLKID SWEEPSTAKES RULES

(1) No purchase necessary (2) Sweepstakes open to residents within a 75 mile radius of the DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas ages 6-12 years of age (child may not enter without the consent of their parent or legal guardian), except employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Dr Pepper Snapple Group, the Dallas Mavericks, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents. Winner must provide parent/legal guardian consent to redeem prize. (3) Go to mavs.com to print out an official Dr Pepper Honorary BallKid Registration. Fill out the official registration form and mail to Dallas Mavericks, Dr Pepper Honorary Ballkid Contest, 2909 Taylor Street, Dallas, TX 75226. Promotion begins Oct. 9, 2009. Eligible entries must be received by December 31, 2009. Limit one entry per person. Winners will be chosen at random and will be notified by phone. In the event a winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize an alternate winner will be chosen at random. (4) Two winners (40 winners total) will be chosen at random for 20 selected 2009-2010 Dallas Mavericks home games and each winner will receive 2 tickets to the game, a Dr Pepper Honorary Ballkid Shirt, be present on-court during the starting line-up, and have their picture displayed on the scoreboard. The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends.
