We have set the standard for our niche and we continue to work hard to give our fans a great experience when visiting on site promotions.

This position is ideal for candidates looking to network into the sports industry. All applicants must be 18 years or older and a college degree is not required.

Requirements for position are:

Working knowledge of the sports industry
Outgoing personality
Must be willing to lift 50 lbs
Timely attendance.
MUST have flexible schedule to work nights and weekends.
Reliable transportation to and from work
Communication skills – our schedule changes frequently, daily communication with Street Team Manager and entire promotions team will be expected.
Receives and respond to incoming telephone calls, responds to routine questions and requests.
Attend staff meetings with promotions street team.
Create basic events sheets for remotes and events.
Executes phone calls for logistical planning of events.
Pulls maps for locations.
Distribute contest rules, winner affidavits and prizing on the streets.
Entertain a crowd in public with games, music and trivia.
Creative – Must be creative on site with games and contests for fans.
Provide recap’s from events within 24 hours of event to Street Team Manager.
Maintain vehicles stocked at all times with prize premiums and supplies.
Inspects and keeps maintenance of vehicles, paperwork (registration & insurance).
Maintain promotional equipment (canopy, PA’s, tool boxes, prize boxes, etc.).
Brand and market the team as well increase their presence on the streets through community events, non-profit organizations and cross promotions with television.
Takes inventory of prizes and supplies when needed.
Professional demeanor required at all times.
Abides by organizational norms and supports organizational goals.
Remains calm and professional through stressful circumstances.
Persists and finishes projects under deadlines.
Follows instructions as well as take steps necessary to prevent mistakes.
Follow well-defined procedure.
