October 16 , 2006 Mark,
I just wanted to thank you for making Dallas Mavericks games affordable for families! We have 2 small children and we want to start taking our oldest (age 3) to some games this year, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the Rowdy, Proud, and Loud offer that was available. We have already purchased some family night tickets as well. It is unheard of in professional sports today to have tickets so inexpensive, particularly to see a team that made it to the NBA Finals and is destined to win it all in '06-'07! Thanks again for your enthusiasm, for looking out for the common fan, and for putting together an awesome entertainment experience at the AAC! It has been awesome to see the turnaround from a lottery team to the NBA Finals over the last several years. Go Mavs! Peter
Cuban's response:
You're welcome Peter! We are committed to keeping ticket prices affordable. There are still some RPL tickets available. Click here to learn more.

mNovember 15 , 2004 I am a New Jersey Net Season Ticket Holder. I want to tell you about Jason Terry’s shocking behavior at the Meadowlands yesterday at the Nets game.
1. 1 hour before the game, a bunch of kids are looking for autographs and Mr. Terry obliges.
2. He strikes up a conversation with a 10 year old, who tells Jason that he is a point guard like Jason, and that he has a crossover dribble which would fake him out of his shoes.
3. The kid asks Terry for a wristband, to which Mr. Terry gives the proverbial “after the game.”
4. As the Nets proceed to get blown out, i want to leave, (my son is the kid) the kid wants to wait until the end of the game, as Jason had promised him a wristband.
5. At the end of the game, Mr. Terry takes of his shoes, signs them and then hands them to my son. He tells him to keep practicing and tells him to be sure to say hello when he comes back to town and then takes off to the locker room.
There were at least 100 autograph seekers there, you could have heard a pin drop. You only hear about the Latrell Sprewells and Ron Artests. You never hear about the random acts of kindness, of any of the players. Jason Terry is one of the good guys. I thought you should know. Tell him I said thank you and he has 2 fans for life.
Cuban's response:
We love having Jason here and are really glad that you were able to see what a great guy he is too!

Mark,
I could spend the next thirty minutes of your time describing how much I love the Mavs and how excited I am about the upcoming season, but I’ll save the energy for the games. My reason for writing for writing is to ask if there is going to be an updated wallpaper with the 2004-2005 season schedule. Not only has it provided quick access to essential information, it has caught many people’s eyes as they have passed my computer and has initiated numerous conversations as to why they should become Mavs fans.Matt
Cuban's response:
The new wallpapers should be up very soon. Our staff is working hard to get them ready. Thanks for being such a loyal Mavs fan!

Mark,
I just wanted to let you know that even though my wedding is only one month away, my future husband is such a huge Mavs fan that the bakery creating our wedding cake has been put hold until the final roster of player’s jersey numbers for the 2004 season is released. One frequently sees groom’s cakes adorned with chocolate covered strawberries, and one cute trend is to “dress” these strawberries in tuxedos. Well sir, our strawberries will be dressed as Mavericks. The entire team will sit on my cake this October 16th.Kimberly
Cuban's response:
Congrats! You should send a picture of the cake if you can get one... we would love to see it!

Mark,
My name is Robert Edwards and last year I was in Africa, more specificaly Kenya and Tanzania and in Kenya I lived in a tiny village called Marlalal with is 3 hours from a paved roads and 9 hours from Nairobi.First of all I was there because of missions work that needed to be done. But it was during last season and I really wanted to find out what was going on every day. I asked the locals (the Somburu people) if they got the New York Times to find out the scores of the games. They didn't have anything like that so my friend John and I just guessed. We didn't have web access but we had email. Since everything is long distance from where we were it costed $20 a month just for email access and then $2 a time to send and receive email and that didn't always work. I had my girlfriend tell me the scores of the Mavs' games.
I was able to get some kind of info every once in a while. Before we left we found out about a sports place that had satellite TV (it was right across the street from where we were living). So John and I talked to the people and they scheduled a Mavs game showing for us. They charged us more cause we are Mozungus. It was so awesome to be in the middle of nowhere at the early hours of the morning watching a Mavs game.
And that's my unique Mavs game experience
Robert
Cuban's response:
You are truly a dedicated Mavs fan! Thanks for sharing your awesome story.

I am a Paramedic in the Dallas area and I wanted to get information on the Mavericks medical team. Who is involved in that? Is it doctors, personal trainers? If you would please send info about the medical care for the players round the clock or a web site that would answer my questions.Mandi
Cuban's response:

Internist - Dr. Zamorano
Head Trainer - Casey Williams
Strength Coach - Robert Hackett
