The Dallas Mavericks Dancers are in their 12th year of entertaining crowds at Reunion Arena. Regarded among the best in the NBA, the 2000-01 squad includes professional dancers who, for the fifth consecutive year, will appear at all Mavericks home games and make numerous public appearances throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Shella Sattler, a widely-respected and experienced dance instructor and choreographer, is the director of the squad. Sattler, a former Mavericks and L.A. Clippers dancer, also owns and operates Dallas Power House of Dance. In addition to being a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, she has danced with MC Hammer, Run DMC and Snap. She also won more than $100,000 in the dance team competition on TV's Star Search.
