Hobbies: You know the usual, skydiving, rock climbing and running marathons, yea right. I’m 108 remember, I sit around and pop prescription medication all day just to stay alive.
Favorite meal: BBQ brisket, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn on the cob, baked beans, potato salad, and homemade dinner rolls.

Tell us about your first moment on stage: Not too nervous the first time. We danced to “Raining Men” and entered the court with umbrellas over our heads. So in a way we were hiding until we started our hip-hop dancing. There was a huge roar from the crowd and that was it. I was hooked.
Favorite Shella story/moment: There are too many to list, but one of my favorite times was when we were in Denver for the All-Star Game. Shella got upset when a bouncer for one of the biggest musical acts of the time said no when she asked if the ManiAACs could meet them. Shella was steaming mad. She said too bad for them, after we performed, if they would want to meet us, she was going to say no. She was so funny. She always has our back.
How do you stay in “shape”: Staying in shape is fairly easy for me. A long time ago I decided the shape I wanted to be is a large circle. Life is just much easier this way.
