Grand Prize includes the following: Official Rules (1) No purchase necessary. (2) Sweepstakes open to legal residents of within a 75 mile radius of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex ages 18 years of age or older, except employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Dr Pepper/Seven Up, Inc., the Dallas Mavericks, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents. (3) To enter, register online at mavs.com. The promotion will begin on March 9, 2012. Entries must be received by March 30, 2012. Limit one entry per person. Three (3) First Place Winners will be chosen at random and will be notified by phone or email. In the event a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours or declines the prize an alternate winner will be selected and notified by phone of email. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at random from the three (3) First Prize Winners, at a Dallas Mavericks home game on April 10, 2012, which random selection will be as solely determined by the Dallas Mavericks, and under the supervision of the Dallas Mavericks. The Grand Prize Winner will be immediately notified at the completion of the random selection. (4) If on line registration, log onto dallasmavericks.com or mail to Dallas Mavericks c/o Dr Pepper Always One of a Kind Experience, 2909 Taylor Street, Dallas, TX 75226 and fill out all data in required fields; first and last name, address, city, state, zip, primary phone with area code, email address and format preference, date of birth, gender, date registered, and if you choose to opt-in on Dallas Mavericks offers, offers from Dallas Mavericks partners, or wish to receive newsletters from the Dallas Mavericks. (5) First Prize is two (2) tickets for the winner and a guest to a Dallas Mavericks home game on April 10, 2012 and the opportunity to compete for the Grand Prize with the other First Prize winners. Grand Prize is 2 lower level VIP tickets to a Mavericks home game, a tour of the Dallas Mavericks locker room, opportunity to see Mavericks players up close following the game, 2 tickets on a commercial airline from Dallas, TX to Chicago, IL, one night hotel accommodations in Chicago, IL, 2 lower level VIP tickets to a Mavericks game in Chicago, and $500 cash. The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. (6) Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the game, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the team’s option for a prize of comparable or greater value. (7) Approximate retail value of prize is: $3000.00. (8) Chances of winning are based on the total number of eligible entries received.
