The Dallas Mavericks Community Ticket Block Program provides the opportunity for well-deserving philanthropic organizations to attend Mavs games through donated tickets. Non-profit organizations benefiting at-risk youth that are interested in being considered for these tickets as a reward for positive behavior and accomplishments can download and submit the below application form. Submission of the application does not guarantee that your group will receive tickets.
Please fax or mail this completed form, along with a copy of your organization’s tax-exempt status (501c3 or 170c IRS determination letter, etc.) to:
