Nowitzki/Williams Deliver Borders Books to patients at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas
Mavs players Dirk Nowitzki and Scott Williams delivered books collected in the Borders "Gift of Reading" holiday book drive to children at Children's Medical Center Dallas on Feb. 27. The players delivered around 500 books collected during the book drive.
The book drive ran from November 20th to December 20th, 2003 and collected over $2500 worth of books from the 13 participating Texas and Oklahoma Borders bookstores.
