All available parking at American Airlines Center for Mavs games is reserved for Mavs season ticket holders. Blue parking is located in Lots E, F and H on the north and northwest sides of the building, Green parking is located in Lot C south of the center and Gold parking is located underneath the facility off Wichita Street. The Platinum Garage on the east side of the center is reserved for platinum seat and suite holders. Independent cash parking is available south of Woodall Rogers Freeway between Griffin and I-35E.
DART/TRE Service

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and Trinity Railway Express (TRE) both offer special services for Mavs fans during the season. DART's new Victory Station at American Airlines Center includes boarding platforms for both DART light rail services and the TRE commuter rail.
Ride DART to Victory Station in 2 easy steps!
1. Go to any DART Rail Station and buy a $2.50 Day Pass (good for round-trip service) from a Ticket Vending Machine. View the DART Rail System Map to find the DART Rail station nearest you.
2. Take any Red Line or Blue Line train to West End Station, and transfer to any train displaying the word "DART" in its overhead destination signs. If you're already on a train with "DART" in its destination signs, keep your seat. You are on your way to Victory Station at American Airlines Center!
Continuous train service between West End Station and Victory Station will be available every 20 minutes during each game and will continue for 30 minutes after each game ends.

TRE service to AAC
Weekday and Saturday games at American Airlines Center are served by select regularly scheduled eastbound and westbound train trips. A westbound special event train will depart Victory Station (AA Center) 20 minutes after the end of the event for weekday events that begin after 6:00pm and all events served on Saturday or "M" modified schedule days.
*No Sunday train service on TRE*.

Shuttle Service from Local Restaurants
Hooters: Pick-up time is 1 hour before the game and lasts 1 hour after the game. Parking is at the meters surrounding the building. The shuttles deploy every 30 minutes holding 30-50 people per trolley. You do not have to eat at the restaurant to use the shuttle service.
Friday's: Pick-up times are continuous and will last 1 hour after game time. Parking is right next to the building. The shuttles deploy every 30 minutes holding 30-50 people per trolley. You do not have to eat at the restaurant to use the shuttle service.
Dick's Last Resort: Pick-up time is 1 hour before the game and lasts 1 hour after the game. Parking is at all three corners surrounding the building. The shuttle service used is West End Eagle, and it deploys every 30 minutes holding 30-50 people per trolley. You do not have to eat at the restaurant to use the shuttle service.
West End Pub: Pick-up time is 1 hour before the game and lasts continuously until everyone is back. Parking is behind the restaurant on Houston St. The shuttle's run every 20 minutes and each bus holds 58 people. You do not have to eat at the restaurant to use the shuttle service.
On the Border: Pick-up time is 1 hour 15 minutes before and is ongoing until everyone is back. Parking is at the meters in the West End Parking Lot. The shuttles deploy every 30 minutes holding 65 people per trolley. You do not have to eat at the restaurant to use the shuttle service.
Hoffbrau: Pick-up time is 1 hour before the game and lasts continuously until everyone is back. Parking is behind the restaurant. The shuttle's run every 10 minutes and each bus holds 50-70 people. You do have to eat at the restaurant to use the shuttle service. The receipt is the ticket onto the buses.
Security at Mavs Games
American Airlines Center is increasing security measures for all events. It is recommend that ticketed fans arrive at least 45 minutes prior to each event, allowing extra time to enter the building. Visible security measures are:
Increased police officers and security
No backpacks or large bags allowed inside the building
All smaller bags or personal articles are subject to inspection
No curbside parking around the perimeter of American Airlines Center at any time; all unattended vehicles will be towed
Passenger pick-up and drop-off is allowed on the west side of the building on Valor Place
Handheld metal detectors (wands) will also be utilized
Internal security measures are also being implemented
Entering The Facility
Fans can enter American Airlines Center through the doors on the north, south, east and west sides of the facility 90 minutes prior to tipoff.
Will Call
Mavericks tickets ordered more than 48 hours in advance of a game can be picked up at Will Call at the Northeast Box Office 24 hours after being purchased. Tickets purchased within 48 hours of a game can be picked up at Will Call at the Northeast Box Office two hours prior to game time. A valid photo ID is required to pick up Mavs tickets.
Listen To The Game From Your Seat
Mavs fans can tune their personal radios to 97.5 FM while in their seats at American Airlines Center during games to hear the Mavs radio broadcast.
Cameras
Still cameras are allowed inside American Airlines Center for Mavs games. Video and flash cameras are NOT allowed.
Game Programs
The Mavs have two game-night programs available for fans. Copies of Tipoff will be distributed to the first 7,500 fans at each home game. Hoop Magazine is available for purchase during Mavs home games for $5.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency at home, Mavericks fans can be located and contacted at American Airlines Center. There is no paging in American Airlines Center. However, before you leave home for the game, leave your seat location (section, row, and seat) with your contact. Your contact can then call 214-665-4299 and inform the operator that an emergency message must be relayed. Instantly, an usher will be en route to the specific seat to relay the message.
Smoking Areas
Smoking areas are located outside the north, south, east and west entrances on the Plaza Level of American Airlines Center. An additional smoking area is located on the balcony of the Platinum Level, however, access is limited to premium level ticket holders.
Handicap Information
American Airlines Center offers many services and amenities to accommodate the needs of guests with disabilities. There is accessible seating on all levels of the facility. Additional services include braille signage, accessible and volume-enhanced pay telephones, TDD machines, braille menus and accessible concession counters.
Wheelchairs and walkers may be stored behind the accessible seating areas or at the Guest Services Room located at Section 102 on the Plaza Concourse.
Parking accommodations for guests with disabilities are available in Lot F on All-Star Way and Lot C on North Houston Street.
In addition, guests with disabilities will find accessible fountains located adjacent to restrooms throughout the facility.

Center Tours
Tours of American Airlines Center are available M,W,F at 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. (on event days the last tour is at 1 p.m.). All tours meet in the northwest fan shop and last 45 minutes. Since each tour is limited to 60 people, reservations must be made in advance by calling 214.665.4299.

Painted Fans/Face Painting
Face painters will be at every Mavs home game. Be sure to stop by and get your game face on!
Cingular Wireless Mavs Madness Zone
(Free Tickets For Painted Fans)
Free tickets will be given to painted fans through the Cingular Wireless Mavs Madness Zone program. Painted fans can meet at the Mavs Urban Excursion two hours prior to tipoff. The tickets will be awarded by the Mavs Street Team.
Rules for Painted Fans: men must paint their face and/or upper body and women must paint their face. All tickets are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The Mavericks reserve the right to hold a contest for judging the best painted fans for games that are in greater demand.
TXU High Energy Fan of The Game
A TXU Electric High Energy Fan will be chosen at every Mavs home game. The winner will receive a Mavs replica jersey.
Restaurants
The Center Club
Well Bread Restaurant Services Group is the exclusive caterer to the Center Club in the southeast corner of American Airlines Center. Executive Chef, Rene A. Weibel has developed a hearty, casual buffet and bar menu featuring signature items that cannot be purchased elsewhere in American Airlines Center.
The Center Club on the Event Level features a Chef's Table buffet that is open until game time. The Chef's Table is priced at $24.50 per person. Gratuities for wait staff are at your discretion; however, an 18% service charge will be added to parties of eight or more. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
Chef's Table reservations may be made by calling Rekita at 214.665.4753.
Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Dinner guests without reservations are admitted on the night of the game based upon space availability only. Due to limited capacity of the dining area, tables will be held no longer than 30 minutes after the reserved time. Please advise of cancellations as early as possible.
Platinum Club Restaurant
The Platinum Club is open to platinum level ticket holders interested in a fine dining atmosphere with a business casual dress code. A buffet ($28.50 per person) and an a bar menu are available. Reservations are recommended. Call Rekita at 214-665-4753 for more information.
