Ranking Magic Summer League Players w/Best Chance to Make NBA Team

Cohen 8-Ball: The Rankings

OrlandoMagic.com's Josh Cohen ranks the players on the Magic Summer League team who are not under contract for the 2014-15 season that have the best chance of making an NBA team.

#5 Romero Osby

Though Osby didn’t earn a spot on the Magic after they drafted him 51st overall in 2013, several team officials at Summer League believe he is capable of making an NBA roster in the near future. Osby is all heart and hustle, completely willing to be physical in the paint against bigger, more established opponents and has the potential to be a lockdown defender. Osby’s year in the D-League was cut short last season when he suffered a shoulder injury, but he has restored some confidence in scouts with his solid play at Summer League.
