#4 Makes Teammates Better

Payton averaged six assists a game in his final year in school, which was ranked 13th in the nation and second amongst players drafted in 2014 (only Kyle Anderson averaged more dimes last season). He has an instinctive ability to find the open man underneath when he attacks the rim, which is his staple considering he is incredibly explosive. Payton also is brilliant on the fast break and his high IQ tends to allow his teammates to score easy buckets in transition.
