ORLANDO – We are all familiar with the NBA’s individual awards each season like MVP, Most Improved, Sixth Man, etc. etc. Aside from those honors, however, there is another less acknowledged tribute that is privately appraised.

No, there isn’t an actual award or ceremony for it. And no, there isn’t any sort of panel to judge the candidates. But there is no doubt that it is important to players.

It’s the “award” for best dressed and most stylish and now Orlando Magic players may have the edge over the rest of the league. And it’s because of the team’s new partnership with Indochino, the leader in custom online menswear.

On Thursday, January 16, Magic big man Kyle O’Quinn showed off his dazzling new suit at Indochino’s premiere fashion event in Orlando. It’s the first time Indochino has set up one of its traveling tailor shops in Florida and men of all ages will be able to stop by for a fitting from Jan. 17 to Jan. 26 (complete schedule listed below). You can meet with custom tailors and expert stylists to help with your selection.

Attendees who visit the shop will get measured, get styled, discover customization options, feel fabric samples, see the collection in person and build a custom suit.

The process is also rather simple and effective for those shopping online. Customers visit Indochino.com, choose a preferred style, customize the suit and get measured online. There are new and updated designs every week with a myriad of features like character monogramming, collar felts and linings to decide on.

Ecstatic about his selection, which sparked jealousy from his teammates who will all eventually be able to pick out a new suit from Indochino in the coming weeks, O’Quinn raved about his experience with the Magic’s new partner.

“It’s a top of the line service,” O’Quinn said at the event. “It’s really convenient and you get the best quality. For the first time, hit or miss, I got the suit on first try. It feels like it is made for you."

“I had a lot of fun with it,” he added. “Anthony (his tailor) helped me out a lot with spicing my suit up.”

“Indochino is all about helping guys get dressed to look and feel great. Partnering with a beloved brand like the Orlando Magic is another way to give our customers the VIP treatment,” explains Kyle Vucko, Indochino Co-Founder and CEO. “We wanted to make our first visit to Florida all about a premium experience for new and existing customers.”

Indochino will also be the presenting sponsor of the 2013-14 Orlando Magic Youth Foundation Black Tie & Tennies Gala. The premier fundraiser for OMYF annually, this 800-person event raises close to half a million dollars for Central Florida non-profit organizations every year. Men who make a purchase at Traveling Tailor Orlando will be entered to win a suit and two tickets to the March 15 OMYF Gala.
