Magic Acquire Second Round Draft Pick and Cash Considerations in Trade With Cavs

Orlando, Fla. (January 12, 2016) -- The Orlando Magic have acquired a future second round draft selection, cash considerations and the player contract of Joe Harris from Cleveland in exchange for a future second round draft selection, General Manager Rob Hennigan announced today.


Hennigan also announced the Magic have requested waivers on Joe Harris.



The selection the Magic obtained is a pick Sacramento owes Cleveland in 2017 (protected 31-55). The pick Orlando swapped is a selection owed to the Magic by Portland, also protected 31-55.
