1. HOW TO ENTER: There are Two (2) ways to enter the sweepstakes: 1) Complete official entry form available at www.orlandomagic.com and click on “submit” (an “Online Entry”); 2) Complete official form entry available at *See Attachment A and drop form into contest box at *See Attachment A. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on April 30, 2007 to be eligible for the drawing.

No mechanically reproduced Form Entries or, illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, delayed, postage due, misaddressed, or misdirected entries or mail. Technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes. Further, Sponsor is not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the online portion of the sweepstakes should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsors' control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. Each Form Entry must be submitted separately. Limit of one (1) e-mail entry per day per e-mail address. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. PRIZE(S) AND ODDS: One Prize will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Prize consists of a check for one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00), authentic Orlando Magic warm-up suit, authentic Orlando Magic jersey and authentic Orlando Magic shorts with an approximate retail value of $1,800.00. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received, Prize is non-transferable. All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of entries). Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or lesser value when necessary. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of Florida who live within a 75-mile radius of Orlando, Florida and who are licensed drivers 21 years of age or older as of the beginning of the sweepstakes, except for employees and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of the same household of the Sponsor, Orlando Magic, Ltd., Amway Arena, RDV Sports, Inc., the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, advertising and promotion agencies, and agents; or employees, officers & directors of Kia Motors America, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER(S): Winner will be determined from among all eligible entries received by a random drawing to be conducted on May 1, 2008 by a representative of the Orlando Magic, Ltd., whose decision is final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by mail and/or phone. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted.

5. VERIFICATION OF WINNER(S) AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE(S): Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where permitted, Publicity Release. Prizes may be awarded to an alternate winner selected randomly from other eligible entries if: Affidavit/Release is not returned within ten (10) days after mailing to winner; winner fails to meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 3; the prize notification letter or prizes are returned as undeliverable; two attempts to contact winner by phone are unsuccessful; or winner decline the prizes.

6. GENERAL: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. By participating in this sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges, and warrants that he or she is eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Sponsor(s) reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from this sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor(s), Orlando Magic, Ltd., Amway Arena, RDV Sports, Inc., the NBA and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, advertising and promotion agencies, and agents if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the sweepstakes. Winner(s) agree to hold harmless and indemnify Sponsors, Orlando Magic, Ltd., Amway Arena, RDV Sports, Inc., the NBA and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, advertising and promotion agencies, and agents from any and all liability, loss or damages or causes of action arising from or in connection with entrant’s participation in or winners’ receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the sweepstakes. Winner agree to the use of their name, likeness, biographical data, and/or voice in any and all advertising, promotions, and other publicity conducted by Sponsors, Orlando Magic, Ltd., Amway Arena, RDV Sports, Inc., the NBA and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, advertising and promotion agencies, and agents in any medium without additional authorization, compensation or remuneration to the extent permitted by law. Sponsors are responsible only for delivery of prizes, not for use, utility, quality or otherwise.

7. WINNER LIST: To obtain the list of winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Kia’s “Rookie Challenge”, 8701 Maitland Summit Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32810. Requests must be received by May 15, 2008. Winner list will be sent after selection of winner.
