1. No purchase necessary. Open to all residents who live within a 75-mile radius of Orlando who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and the immediate families of BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida, Inc., the Orlando Magic, the National Basketball Association and its Member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents are ineligible. Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local regulation.

2. To enter, complete an official entry form on-line at www.orlandomagic.com. The Orlando Magic, BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida, Inc., the National Basketball Association and its Member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated, deleted or ineligible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by the Orlando Magic on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the program is not capable of running as planned, due to, for example, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Orlando Magic which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Orlando Magic reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Orlando Magic reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law. “Orlando Magic / BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida Health Tip Challenge” Contest begins October 29, 2007 and ends April 16, 2008.

3. Enter one (1) time,only. Any individual who enters more than one time will be automatically disqualified. Entries become the property of the Orlando Magic and BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida, Inc. Entry into the promotion will serve as authorization for the NBA, Orlando Magic or Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida to contact entrants for future marketing purposes. The Orlando Magic reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest or any part of this Contest should any virus, bug, non-authorized intervention, telecommunications or computer failure, or malfunction, or other causes beyond its control, corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of this Contest as determined by The Orlando Magic in its sole discretion. The Orlando Magic, BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida, Inc., the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and NBA Media Ventures, LLC are not responsible for injury or damage to participant’s (or any other person’s) computer, modem, or other electronic device, related to or resulting from participating or receiving materials in this Contest, or any other liability or damage of any kind related to this Contest.

4. One (1) winner will be selected at the end of the promotion in a random drawing on April 18, 2008 from among all eligible entries. Winner can invite up to 3 guests for a total of four (4) participants. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Failure to respond within 2 days of notification will result in disqualification and the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. Winner may not substitute or transfer prizes or obtain cash equivalent, but BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida and Orlando Magic reserve the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater values.

5. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning the prize depends upon the number of eligible entries received on or before the drawing date. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility as well as a liability and publicity release within three (3) days of prize notification. Guests may be required to sign a liability and publicity release prior to participating in the prize. In the event of non-compliance within this time period, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida, the Orlando Magic, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents to use winner’s name, biographical information, and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions, or other publicity without further compensation, authorization, or remuneration of any kind, as permitted by law.

7. Prize will consist of a tour of the Magic’s Training Facility, including the Magic’s weight room, with a meet and greet with the Magic’s Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, and an on-court training session with an Orlando Magic Coach. Total ARV is $3,500.00. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the responsibility of individual winners. All other expenses not specified herein are winners’ responsibility, including transportation to and from the game, parking and any other associated incidentals.

8. By entering the Contest, entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida, the Orlando Magic, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, Basketball Properties, Ltd., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, partners, officers, governors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, liability, costs, expenses, damages, rights, claims and/or actions (however named or described), resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest and/or acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded in this Contest, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by all official rules of this Contest and the decisions of BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida and the Orlando Magic are binding and final.
