As if opening his NBA career before a half-dozen family members, several of his ex-teammates and coaches from college and thousands of adoring fans wasn’t daunting enough for Victor Oladipo, for his next act the Orlando Magic rookie will try to tackle his first professional back-to-back.

A night after scoring 12 points in his NBA debut in Indiana, Oladipo and the Magic will be back in action Wednesday night in Minnesota against the Timberwolves. It’s a quick turnaround for a player who said he hasn’t played games on consecutive nights since he was a teenager playing AAU ball. But Oladipo said getting right back on the floor less than 24 hours after Orlando’s 97-87 loss in Indiana is a good thing.

``It won’t be tough because I love the game,’’ he said Tuesday night. ``The great thing about the NBA – if I was still in college I would have to wait two more weeks to play again. But here less than 24 hours we’re playing again. That’s the NBA, and I’m just fortunate to be in it.’’
