ORLANDO – Magic power forward Glen ``Big Baby’’ Davis and guard Doron Lamb practiced with the Magic on Saturday, but the session was a light one with no contact.
Davis has been slowly working his way back after fracturing a bone in his foot last January and needing a second procedure in July. The Magic have brought Davis along slowly to make sure there is no further damage to his foot.
``We didn’t have a full practice with full, five-on-five contact (on Saturday),’’ Vaughn said. ``But shooting free throws, he was good. And we did some script (dummy plays), which he was a part of and it was non-contact. So he did participate in that.’’
Lamb severely sprained his ankle on the third practice of training camp and has yet to play this season. He, like Davis, travelled with the team to Indiana and Minnesota last week and has been increasing his workload each day in hopes of returning to game action.
