Kyrie Irving

Josh Cohen's Analysis (Feb. 3, 2014): On one hand, it sounds rather preposterous for the Cavaliers to flirt with trading their assumed-to-be franchise superstar especially when there isn’t necessarily a threat of him leaving until he becomes an unrestricted free agent in several years. He will be a restricted FA in 2016.

On the other hand, with reports suggesting that Irving has been “disruptive” in the locker room and a difficult teammate to play with, you wonder, should Cleveland be open to a potential trade that would involve the two-time All-Star if it netted something intriguing like a high lottery draft pick this upcoming June?
