New Year’s Resolutions!

Happy 2006 Magic fans! The start of the New Year brings the time to make New Year's resolutions. Check out what the Magic players resolve to do during this New Year.

Keyon Dooling: "To stay healthy. I haven't had this kind of injury before, but I've been hurt before for an extended period of time where I needed surgery. I'm thankful that this time I don't need surgery."

Travis Diener: "To stop biting my finger nails. I've been biting them ever since I was a little kid. I've always tried to stop, they offered me money to stop when I was little. I've tried that stuff you put on your nails that tastes bad and it didn't work. I don't think I'll be able to do it, but it's good to try."

DeShawn Stevenson: "To be a good father."

Terence Morris: "To answer the phone. I don't answer the phone, I text message all the time. My sister got me into it."

Bo Outlaw: "I really don't have one."

Tony Battie: "To become a better parent, to better myself mentally and physically and help this team to the playoffs."

Hedo Turkoglu: "To settle into my new house, bring my family over here and spend a good time with them.

Pat Garrity: "I'm going to start returning phone calls better than I usually do."

Dwight Howard: "In basketball to get all the rebounds I can. In life to make other people around me better off the court, not playing basketball, but in life."

Jameer Nelson: "To be a better person, do good things for other people. I want to help people. I want to make the Magic organization have a better reputation as far as community events."

Grant Hill: "No more surgeries!... My wife [makes suggestions], but I don’t necessarily go with what she suggests...like cleaning up after myself, buying her flowers once a week, that kind of stuff. I usually use things that I am critical of myself about."
