Orlando, FL – The Orlando Magic have signed free agent forward-center Pat Burke, General Manager John Gabriel announced today. Per team policy, terms of the deal are not disclosed.

Burke (6’11”, 250, 12/14/73) played with the Magic during both the Orlando Professional Summer League and Shaw’s Summer League (Boston) in 2002. During five OPSL contests, he averaged 6.4 ppg. and 3.0 rpg. in 14.0 minpg. His averages per 48 minutes were 21.9 ppg., 10.3 rpg. and 2.1 blkpg. During Shaw action, Burke averaged 9.0 ppg., 3.7 rpg. and 1.50 blkpg. in 18.8 minpg. in six games.

From 1998-2002, Burke has played overseas in Greece. He played collegiately at Auburn University from 1993-97.

The Magic will hold training camp at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville from October 1-6.
