Magic Extend Contract with Newstalk AM 580 WDBO

Orlando, FL – The Orlando Magic and Newstalk AM 580 WDBO have agreed on a multi-year contract extension. The partnership enters its 16th season with AM 580 WDBO as the Magic’s flagship station for the Magic Radio Network. Every preseason, regular season and postseason Magic game is broadcast on the Network, with radio affiliates across the state of Florida. Dennis Neumann provides the play-by-play, Richie Adubato takes on the color analyst duties and Scott Anez serves as pregame, halftime and postgame host with Dante Marchitelli handling sideline duties for home games.

“We’re thrilled to continue our long-standing partnership with WDBO,” said Magic Chief Operating Officer Alex Martins. “WDBO has been with us since 1992 and we consider them part of the Magic family. We look forward to another successful year of continued in-depth, quality broadcasts fans have come to expect with each game on WDBO.”

The Orlando Magic also announced today the schedule for AM 580 WDBO’s coverage of the Magic’s three preseason games in China on October 17, 18 and 20. Two games (Oct. 17 and 18) will be on tape delay and the Oct. 20 game will be broadcast live. Each game will be preceded by Inside Magic on AM 580 WDBO. Host Scott Anez takes questions and comments from Magic fans about the upcoming game, the NBA and the Orlando Magic. The schedule is as follows:
