Amway Center Box Office:

The Amway Center box office is located on Church Street. Short-term (15 minutes) parking is available in front of the box office on Church Street except during events. The Amway Center box office does not take ticket orders over the phone. To purchase tickets by phone, please call Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000. For support on previously placed orders, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800.653.8000.

For assistance on a game day, please call 407-440-7900 to be transferred to the Amway Center Box Office.

Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and three (3) hours prior to any event.

The Amway Center box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For more information, please call 407.440.7900 or TTY/TDD 407.440.7912. The will call window at the Amway Center box office is located on Church Street. To pick up tickets, you must have a valid photo ID.

Entry Times for Amway Center

This season, Amway Center will open its doors 60 minutes prior to tip-off for Orlando Magic games. As a fan, you will still have plenty of opportunity to enjoy any of the great concession offerings and watch warm-ups prior to the start of the action. **Subject to change

Doors for premium season ticket holders and guests with Jernigan’s reservations 90 minutes prior to tip off will still open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. Early entry locations are as follows: Disney Atrium VIP entrance, South Street VIP entrance, GEICO Walkway entrance.”

Child Ticket Policy

For Orlando Magic home games, children less than 36” tall do not need a ticket, provided the child sits on an adult’s lap. However, other events at the Amway Center may require children of all ages to have a ticket for entry. Please check in advance by calling 407-440-7900.

Lost Tickets

If this happens, we strongly recommend you use the TicketForward program to e-mail your tickets. This feature will e-mail you a new set of valid tickets and deactivate your lost tickets immediately.

TicketForwarding is a FREE and easy way to replace your lost/stolen tickets until tip-off. If you are unable to use TicketForwarding, you may either contact the Amway Center Box Office directly or visit the Customer Service Window at Amway Center beginning 3 hours prior to tip-off. Replacement tickets will only be issued to the account holder of record and a $20 reprint fee will be applied. Please be prepared to show identification. The Orlando Magic Ticket office is unable to send replacement tickets via U.S. mail.
