Q: What should I wear to the game?

A: Dress warm! With ice installed below the court for Orlando Solar Bears hockey, games at Amway Center can be a bit chilly for some. But, of course, don't forget to show your Pure Magic pride!

Q: Are bags or luggage permitted in Amway Center?

A: To ensure the safest environment possible, the City of Orlando and the Amway Center prohibit the following items from being brought through the gates of the Center: 

  • Backpacks
  • Bags larger than 14 In.x 14 In. x 6 In.

Q: What is the camera policy at Amway Center?

A: Non-flash, still cameras, may be used to take pictures at Orlando Magic games. Cameras with detachable lenses longer than six (6) inches when extended are prohibited. Q: Are there any kid-friendly activities at Amway Center?

A: Yes! Before select games, families can enjoy special activities, games and giveaways at Fan Fest presented by FanDuel starting two hours prior to tip-off on Church Street. Inside Amway Center, kids can have fun in STUFF’s Magic Castle, savor in kid-friendly food and enjoy activities throughout the concourse. Plus, Sundays are family day with the Orlando Magic. Q: What is your ticket policy for children?

A: For Orlando Magic games, any patron who is 36 inches (3 feet) or taller must have a ticket for entry. A child shorter than 36 inches tall is admitted free of charge must sit on a patron's lap. Please check with the Chase Box Office at 407-440-7000 for more information and other ticket requirements.
